The Agony of losing those extra pounds


I've been trying to lose those extra pounds I gained over the past 2 years but with no luck. I've tried going to the gym and controlling my food intake. It worked for awhile. But after I've become so busy with my work schedule, I stopped gong to the gym.
Funny though I've been collecting tips on how to lose weight and trim down my body and yet I didn't use any of these..well maybe I tried using some of the tips but I always end up in square one.
I start with the routine then I stop when I felt it wasn't working anymore.
I remember when I was younger..a lot younger..
Losing weight is very easy. I just exercise and control my food intake and voila I losed 10 pounds in a span of 2 months.
Oh how I wish I could still do that despite my busy schedule...
My parents already advised me to lose the extra pounds...
I decided its time to lose it...for good..
I just hope I could stick to my plan... I can see it now.. I can finally wear all those sexy outfits I've seen at the mall..(",)
But more importantly I could finally feel "healthy" again..
Wish me luck ~_^
If only I could find a weight loss program that best suit my lifestyle.. going to the gym and trying out the south beach diet is very costly...
I wish I could find a program that would definitely keep off the unwanted pounds and stick with it..without spending ~_^
